Elke woning wordt voorzien van een ventilatie-unit. Uitgevoerd met een afzuigventilator, een kanalensysteem, een motorloze wasemkap en instelbare ventilatieventielen in de aan te sluiten ruimtes. Alle ventilatie-units in de boven elkaar gelegen woningen worden onder een hoek van 90 graden aangesloten op één collectief kanaal. De toe te passen hulpstukken zijn voorzien van rubberen afdichtringen. Bovendaks wordt op het collectieve afvoerkanaal een afvoerkap geplaatst met een zeer lage weerstand. Deze kap is zo geconstrueerd dat bij verschillende windsnelheden de af te voeren luchthoeveelheid nagenoeg constant blijft.
